I want to say thank you to Ken Smith for sending an announcement of WSOB and the person who sent, I dont want you to get a flood of requests so Im leaving you alias out, me the rules for UBT play via email. After reading thru the UBT rules I see it even more imperative that an UBT official make these rules known and this is the best place to post them. I think absorbing rules takes a few days and is hard if you get them the night before or right before the game.
