Introducing yourself first will make it much more likely that you'll get responses. Thanks, -Ken-

what do you mean by introduce myself......try my best
I am new to playing back and have no counting skills or ever will i bet. I used to play lots of craps and now i have found cards....love it and learning the rules. i have a friend at Harrahs who books travel trips which i have been a part of and we are planning one to Reno....she like bikes and i love cards. If the player is right she will pay for air and hotel....she will want you to play at her place and cares less if you win or loss she wants time and bet for theo....

    In Agreement With Ken

First, we usually all introduce ourselves to the forum just to help us identify each other. Secondly, it seems as if you are new to blackjack, if I'm not mistaken? Lastly, are saying that you just want people to play at Harrahs' Reno just for the comps or to lose our money because you may think the organization is losing money. Last time I heard from a few Casino Player's Magazine back issues, Harrah's is one of the, if not, biggest organized establishments to date. Please explain yourself a little bit more. Just so you know, Ken or I, are not putting you down, but just want some clarification as to the statement above. Take care...

    ok

What is in an introduction and where should i post that. Sorry about not doing that. i am very new to BJ and play for fun and profit but not to make a living. The reason for the trip is to play but since she works for harrahs she wants people to play there which is her job to market properties. She has numbers to meet based on theo not win lose. Is Harrahs a tough place to win in Reno because i have never gone. She markets all of Haarahs properties.
Did i explain better? Very new at this kind of a forum please bear with me

Just stop and consider a typical reader's thought process after reading your initial post:
You left no information about who you are, or why you're setting up a trip. Are you an axe murderer trolling for victims? Are you a player looking for company? A host? A casino rep? The trip... Free? Paid? Your last message seems to answer some of those kinds of questions.

I work for a girl who is a Director of Marketing for harrahs Corp.. We feel that our product is great but there are some many places to choce form in the world now. We are a branch office and could careless if our guets win or lose just want them to play!!!!! Our Budget is based on play.....if our places are tough or not for BJ players i have no idea since i am new to the BJ world. I am not trying to hurt or scam anyone just trying offer my product to a captive audience......am i getting any better at explaining my intentions

    hitmeonemoretime,

I am not a candidate for this "trip" but just want to say a few things. First of all I never give money to a nameless person (OK, I gave a bum 50 cents once). You should be willing to divulge your name and the name of the mystery person at Harrah's. You called her "a Director of Marketing" and you said you work for her. I would think the people who "work for her" would be within the same corporation  . You mentioned "we are a branch office" but you give no name - a branch office of what?

Need I go on? I'll answer that - NO! Sounds like amateur spam (and maybe a scam) to me  . I don't think you'll get any bites here.

Well, this is starting to sound quite typical of Harrahs. I'm afraid you won't find many fans of your employer around here.
