    Whats the latest on Sam's Town.Are they still running tournements. If so when what time and how much. I finley got laid off.

    7 PM on Tuesdays, $25 entry with rebuys. Registration starts at 5PM

    If you are speaking about Sam. Tunica then pokernut is correct.
    If you mean a different location, then click on the Casino list or Event Calendar at the top of this page, and you can find the event you are looking for.

    THANKS I guess i will be there. How many hands do they play? I like to practice as close to playing as I can.

    Prize Pool

    Sam's Town used to kick in at least an extra $1000 to the prize pool, but they stopped that about a year ago.

    Here's the schedule they usually follow:

    6:00 registration begins
    7:00 Round 1 Session 1
    7:40 Round 1 Session 2
    8:20 Round 1 Session 3
    9:00 Semi-Final
    9:40 Wild-card drawing
    9:45 Final table

    Usually ends by 10:30.

    Thanks to all for the info. Will be there on a Tuesday in September. Will be my first land-casino tourney in 18 months. Hope my fooling around on Global Player has sharpened my skills.
