On other threads there has been some talk about giving side action to a tournament sponsoring casino, especially when its an open event. My questions are: 1) Does anyone out there have a feel for the amount of side action given to the Tropacana during the Nov., 2007 TBPA event? 2) If the side action was low, why do you think the players didn't give the side action?
I give BJ side action to every casino that offers BJT games, if its a good table game. But, while playing at the River Palms, sister casino to Trop, the game was so poor I wouldnt play besides to sit with a BJT.com friend for a while and bet near mins. I do think the RP did get solid side action from the mid and upper level VP players. Just because I know I need to give side action will not force me to play crapish games. Sorry, but no-way.
