That was just from a site that was promoting the petiton i think, The actual petition site says it will be delivered when they hit the 10,000 target, this seems to be some legal amount in U.S as the other story i found in Califonia running their own poker site also needed 10,000 to get the bill heard. If i'm wrong don't shoot the messenger :gun:
