I keep getting an error message when I try to sign up for club ubt, it does not allow me to sign up, why?
It's possible you live in a state or country where it is illegal to join the club. For a list of eligible states and countries go to: http://www.playubt.com/_htmls/game/states_countries.html

Try uninstalling the entire program, then reinstalling it. I've heard of this before (maybe on this forum), and that seemed to work. If there's no luck there, try to find an email address and send them your question. I tried to find it for you, but the Club system won't reveal an email addy, it merely offers you a chance to send your questions directly through the site. Not much good if you can't even get the program going.
It allows me to install the program but setting up a new account is where the error message appears and yes I have tried to uninstall the program and reinstalling it three times now!!!!!!
Don't know what to tell you...... Try going to both PlayUBT.com and ClubUBT.com, poke around and see what you can find out. I've seen a fax number in there, and some general email box addresses. Good luck!
I wanted a phone# because one hour later no response to my emails, this is very poor customer service on their part!!!!!!!!!!!
May I suggest that you go to lasvegasadvisor.com, click on forums, look for the Ultimate Blackjack tour section, and post your complaint about UBT's customer service. You'll likely get a better response there.
I just rang support and seems they have been answeing his query all day, They have sent 5 different replies and i believe they have emailed them to Joe to be shown on LVA
