silver legacy this month? Is anyone here going to this tourney,or played it in the past? I've looked for info on their website, all I could see were the dates. I called, but they asked me to call back Monday. The lady I spoke with could only tell me that I needed a reservation, and the entry fee is $200. Thanks.....
SilverLegacy this month? I have played at the Silver Legacy for the last two years and in the tournaments for the last year. The tournaments are by invitation, but it does not appear to hard to get in. Try calling reservation desk and try to make a reservation for the turnament that is Oct. 27-29. If that does not work ask for Donna in I think they call guest services, and ask for help. but I don't think you will have any problems. Me and my brother will both be there you cant miss us were both 6' 6" an are very big. If you come say Hi.
Silver Legacy The Silver Legacy WSOB qualifying tournaments in the past has been single deck elimination dealt face up with shoe rules, 30 hands with shuffle and puck moving every 2 hands. Registration and reception Friday night, re-buys ($200) are available once only for each player for the round immediately following their elimination including re-buys into the semi-finals, wild card(s) are also drawn for players eliminated in the previous round except all players are eligible for the single final round wild card. First place is guaranteed minimum $10,000 with all entry fees and re-buys added to the prize fund. Be sure to inquire about their "casino room rate" before booking, I was told the September rate was $150 per night. To clarify the above post, this tournament is "open" to the world with a $200 entry fee although "Baron" player card holders are comped in by invitation.
good stuff Thanks for the info! If they let me in,I'll be there. I was quoted $190 for three nights total(Thurs-Sat)at SL from Expedia. I'll check their site again before I call Monday.
no reservations I was in the september tourney and I didn't have to stay there to be in the tourney! I just had to be a club card member and pay 200 dollars. I also got a flyer in the mail to attend. So it should be the same way this month.
