    Last hand, min/max 100/500, no resplit, no surrender. BR1 (me) 1991 chips bet 410, and BR2 1510 chips bet 500. BR1 gets hard 20, BR2 hard 13, dealer card 7.

BR1 split, got 20 and 12, stand on both. - Was it correct ? (I believe is correct, but I seem to not be 100% sure) - On his turn, BR2 should double or hit to 18+ ?

BR1 should split for a 82.92% chance of success. If he gets 20 on his first hand then, with no more splits available, it is easy to see that he should stand on that 20. If he gets 12 on the second hand and he stands, his chances of success are 77.13%. If he instead hits his second hand to 16 or better, his chances improve to 80.89%.

If BR1 does stand on his 12, BR2 should then hit to 18 or better for a 22.87% chance of success vs 16.94% for doubling.
