I'll be playing the Stardust Invitational June 14 - 16 and the Hilton MD3 June Qualifier June 17 - 19. No overlap this time! If anyone is playing either or both, let me know either in this thread or by Private Message. And no Rick, I don't want to play any Mini's at night.
Over lapping did suck, but! Although the over lapping may have suck for some (due to the late notice from the Hilton). I think most of the players would love to have this problem on every trip, too many tournaments to play in then none. The Stardust was planned so that the players coming out for the Hilton wild cards would have at least one tournament to play in during that weekend if they weren't drawn in. Remember with the new owners taking over at the Hilton, they didn't get the okay for the MDIII until three weeks before (in April). Even now they only have the monthly qualifiying schedule up through December 2004. Hopefully the Hilton's new owners will keep the tournament staff together when they take over, I would hate to lose Les, James, JoAnn and the others.
