Tulsa Cherokee The Tulsa event discount is for the Tulsa Cherokee events (tenitively scheduled for the last week of October and first week of November. The Dallas discount was for anyone wanting to come to the Durant, OK tournaments (just a smaller event). Durant, OK is about 1 1/2 hours from Dallas/Ft. Worth airport. Note that travel from anywhere will receive the discounts to the selected cities during the dates listed.
Don't know the dates for the BJ tourneys but for poker they start Oct. 31 and run thru Nov. 19 for total of 37 events ranging from $100 to $5,000 entry fees. That's up to Cherokee I'd call Eric Woods ASAP to see if they are offering any discounts on rooms. In May they had four different hotel players were staying at, so I'm not sure if they are offering any discounts. You may need to be worrying about if you can get a room up there. Remember it is combination Poker and Blackjack tournaments so they really fill up.
I hope to sanction them again... I hope to sancation them again, but none of the events are mine, nor have they been. I only helped Eric design the format for the elimination events. If possible I'd love to host a TBT event up in Tulsa.
