    Hi all

Just wondering about the "in-thread" promotion of specific online tourneys and online gambling websites and how that activity stands in respect of new US law. Obviously Ken has asked that all links to online casinos are removed from signatures so we know that that is an issue. But what about threads that bring specific tourneys to the attention of forum users? For example does this thread contravene the law either now or in the future? - http://www.blackjacktournaments.com/bb/showthread.php?t=2602

The reason I am asking is because if it does I would like to help if I can. I'm no techie, web or IT aficionado but I can set up a free forum based in the UK that should get around these problems if in fact they are an issue. In fact I have already set up an active free forum, based around my business, so I know it can be done. Of course it wouldn't be anything like this forum but it would allow the posting of information relating specifically to online TBJ without fear of reprisal.

    What do you think?

    Cheers

I think we're fine with the current policy of allowing discussion of these sites but no direct links. I'll let you know if that changes.
