For me this, flat minimum betting, isnt my style so my outcome was effected in some way. The board leader came back after several hands and started chunking lossing some of them so maybe she was harmed also. Let me tell you a little story about flat betting. Last evening blackjack21 had a tournament, which had a good number of competitors registered to play. In the first round one of those competitors flat bet till the 10th round (I did apologize to the table for being late) and he ended up moving into the 2nd. round. It worked so well he (I felt terrible, no one would talked to me) did it in the 2nd. round and in the final round and ended up in 2nd. place. So, could there be something to flat betting? DRP
Perg The problem with second place is that it was a winner take all event.:joker: I did some study of the progression, repression, and flat betting using these wwww wwwl etc patterns like on these pages. I found that flat betting, be it minimum or middle range, did offer a good chance of making a little and the best chance of staying close to starting BR. Regression offered a better chance of pulling ahead but little bit more risk, and progression upside betting takes too much luck. So if the table doesnt pull away the old flat bet mins is always a good approach. But, at blackjack21.com the tables tend to pull away hard for one or two players.
