They're now accepting entries for this event. I think they capped it at something like 115 entrants last time so keep that in mind. I entered this morning. Billy C
Left a message for Ina two days ago re: Deb and I entering but have not heard a thing back. I know we gave them enough action to warrant acceptance the last time we were there.
Don't be alarmed. My initial call to enter was either 8/1 or 8/2 and I called again on 8/8. Left messages both times and she returned my call for entry on 8/9, I believe. I think they may be understaffed (quite typical these days). Billy C
Ina Ina is busy this week setting up the big slot tourney this weekend, which I and the wife will be attending,,,so next week she will be most likely taking care of upcoming tourneys, BJ being one. CP

Sometimes you're the dog, sometimes you're the hydrant It was pretty much a universal debacle for BJT.com-ers. I know of none that made the finals. Rewarding astoundingly bad plays by clueless contestants ruled the day for the most part. :sad:
Big Bopper LeftNut!!!!! The highlight of the weekend had to be our own "BB Nut" doing his rendition of Chantilly Lace, a Louis Armstrong song and yet another tune by an artist (who's name escapes me) on the karaoke stage at the Soo! He did an admirable job on all three songs with a DEEP baritone voice that really surprised me. With my recent lack of tourney success, I'm wishing for versatility to supplement my income. Singing won't do it for me but it may for "BB Nut"!!!!! BillyC
