I just wanted to update y’all on the “Tournament Blackjack Tour”. How’s this, blackjack tournaments with poker tournament payouts! Below is the payout chart of the end of the year championship tournament. I listed the complete breakdown and percentage payouts for the prize pool. These figures are based on a $400,000 prize pool, which will mostly come from the monthly tournaments and hopefully additional amount added by the host casino. The entry for the championship event will be from $1,500 all the way down to only $300, based on the number of monthly tournaments you play. $1,500 entry is if you don’t play in any of the monthly events, then the price drops to $850 entry if you play in one of the monthly events and drops by $50 for each additional monthly tournament you play in (down to $300 for playing in all 12 monthly events). Championship Prize money based on $400,000 prize pool: 1st ---------- $150,000----------------------------37.5% 2nd ---------- $ 75,000----------------------------18.75% 3rd -----------$ 50,000----------------------------12.5% 4th ---------- $ 30,000------------------------------7.5% 5th ---------- $ 20,000------------------------------5. % 6th -----------$ 10,000------------------------------2.5% 7th – 18th = $ 48,000 - $ 4,000 each------------12. % - 1% each 19th – 36th = $ 16,800 - $ 900 each-------------- 4.2% - .225% each Totals---------$399,800 .........................................99.95% ---------------------$ 200 for 4 $50 bonus prizes..... .05% Total: ---------$400,000............................................ 100% Wow, 36 places get paid? That’s correct, now this is how I think blackjack tournaments should payout! This is just one of the things that I am working on for the tour, which I am hoping to start up next year. Let me know what y'all think? Yea or nay?
Let's Go Give me a date for the first stop and I'll book my flight today. I'm really looking forward to this kicking off. The blackjack cruise was first class all the way so I can't see the tour being any different. Keep up the good work Tex.
