    Sorry my internet connection has been down.

    Here are todays finalist in the main $300 entry blackjack tournament. They ended up with 113 players @ $300 = $33,900 + $15,000 added to the prize pool. The prize breakdown was: (No Wild cards made the final table)

    1st = $22,005 + $350 + Oklahoma State Blackjack Championship Diamond Ring
    2nd = $7,335 + $350
    3rd = $5,868 + $350
    4th = $3,912 + $350
    5th = $2,934 + $350
    6th = $1,956 + $350

    (I know the total is off by $10, but this was the figures they gave me).

    * This was kind of different instead of just the players who didn't advance to the final table, "ALL" the semifinalist (except the 4 wild cards) were paid the $350. So add another $350 to all the finalist winnings. This costed the semifinalist who didn't advance $262.50 each, it would have been $612.50 for each semifinalist.

    Seat - Players for the final table

    1. Richard Taylor
    2. David Page
    3. Elvin Morgan
    4. Eric Quanot
    5. Kristia Carey

    They only offered two first rounds, so only the players who played in the 2:00 pm round were allowed to re-enter into the tournament while the players in the 3:30 pm round only had one chance. Originally we were told there would be a third first round at 5:00 pm, o'well Hollywood, Ace, Me, and a few others missed out on our chance for a re-entry.

    I did get upset during my round due to two misdeals and two different rules on the same issue (both going against me). But bottomline like I always preach to every player, I should have been watching the table closer and I could have and should have caught the mistake when it first happened. It was a killer backing up cards for me to lose the 5th hand, but it was only for $10. The killer was having an all in with $420 on hand 18 and having a BJ if they back up the cards, only to tell me this time they don't back up the cards....OUCH!!!!!

    The 2nd ruling was correct, (it was the first mis-deal that was done incorrectly) so I couldn't complain to much, but then I lost the next hand and I was sick, my tournament was over.

    All in all the tournaments have been GREAT! I will come back in May for sure and suggest everyone put Tulsa on your tournament stop list. They had a few bugs, but the players wrote down any and all issues and I'll bet Eric and the staff has them corrected before May.

    Add in the Ante bonus chips is talking about giving all the tournament players in May and you'll have no reason not to come play Tulsa.

    We have one more tournament on Sunday "The 2nd Chance tournament" for $150 entry and then we are all off to home come Monday.

    So far I made two finals and just missed making a third in the main events and placed 1-1st, 2-2nd's, and 1-No cash in the satellites (really I had 10% of the winner...LOL) so I have had a good trip, but it will sure be nicer if I can cash high up in tomorrows event...LOL
