    Nice going

Tom n Ron. Im a little confused what a "Super Satellite" is. Im guessing its a tourney that pays the final table plus a couple passes to the big game on Saturday...? So its a multi table satellite.

    Tom and Ronnie

Way to go Tom and Ronnie. Congrats on your first and second. You can't go wrong having dealers Ronnie or Montie dealing your finals tables while at Cherokee. Their great people and will be dealing on the cruise this year. Keep up the good work with the pictures Rick. See you in a few days. thrasht

Congrats Tom and the rest of the finalists!

This "Super Satellite" awarded quite a few seats into the main event, in addition to some prize money. The structure was set up so that one main event seat was awarded for every 4 entrants, up to a max of 18 seats. Thus the bulk of the prizes were seats, and not just to finalists.
Whatever prize pool remained was split up at the final table. I'm sure we'll get final numbers today.

Congrats Tom, and the rest of the finalists. What a great start to the week of tournaments. When I first read the rules about sending one player to the main event, ($300 ), for every 4 players entered, ( $400 ), I thought that sounded a little strange, but it turned out Cherokee not only gave the remaining entry money back as prize money, they also added 10% to the prize pool, just as in all of the other events this week. Eric comes through again for the players. BTW, the main event on Saturday will have $15,000 added by the casino. Last year's main event had about 44% added by Cherokee. Thanks again Eric for a great week of tournaments. I can't believe I didn't attend last year's events!!!

Congat to All at the Final Table

I have had so much fun and met so many great people. Everyone is helping me, I learn something new everday. Most important watch out for the St. Louis mofia, they are all a tough bunch. I know I will have to play against them again and I have to think twice as hard about every move.

There are so many GREAT players here you just can't help but learn and have fun.

A few final numbers from the Super Satellite...
15 players won their seat in the main $300 entry fee event.
In addition, all the finalists won prize money, with first place (tgun) getting $2,232. Nice!
