First round consists of 7 sessions with 5 per table and
table winner advancing to quarter finals.  Rebuys available
as long a space available, which means probably all sessions.
Table winners and 7 wildcards advance to quarter finals.
Top 2 advance from quarter finals to semi-finals along with
5 wild cards
Top 2 advance from semi-final tables to final table along
with one wild card
All rounds consist of 15 hands with count down after 12 have
been completed.  BJ pays 2 to 1.  Split any pair but Aces 3
times, Aces one time only.  No double after split.
