Odd One has to make a secret bet on the 21st hand? One does not have the option to make a bet in the open or to use the secret bet on a hand other than hand #21?
That's actually a pretty common implementation of secret bet. I've played many tournaments that had a mandatory secret bet on the final hand. In recent events at Harrahs New Orleans, the bets remain secret only until the cards are dealt. The bet amounts are revealed before any action is taken on the hand.
Strange Rebuy, too This tournament has a rebuy policy...you can buy $500 worth of chips if you only have $5-$100 unbet infront of you--anytime until hand 16. So you could have $1000 in the cirle bet, $5 in front of you and you can get $500 more for $25 REAL dollars (half the buy-in).
