    Hi

I've played quite a few games on there now and it seems to work quite well. They've made some changes since suggestions were made on this forum which is good, very customer focused! So you now have 20 seconds to bet rather than 15 and placing your bets is a heck of alot easier. Still no DD for less as far as I can see so be careful on your last hand!

    Cheers

    Double for less

From what I saw you can't double for less even if it's all in.

They need to give you even more time than 20 seconds because counting your bet up is still a little time consuming. I timed out in one case because I got delayed responses trying to count out a bet that required several chips.

Another small thing that was slightly disconcerting to me was when my opponent and I both busted the dealer didn't reveal the hole card before starting the next hand. It's not a big deal unless you're counting cards.

I'd still like to see a computer where you can double or insure for less.

They could do better I agree

A 30 second timer for betting or playing decisions would be acceptable to me and you really should be able to DD and insure for less. I give them credit for listening and making changes last time though.

I wonder whether we can persuade them to do a blackjacktournaments.com freeroll.

    Cheers

  4. It is great for practice

I am pretty new to blackjack tourney play But after winning about 10of15 tables I have played I am feeling a lot more skilled and have a better understanding of how people play. I have a good system down and I am ready to start tearing it up in the Midwest region and build up my Bankroll!

    Tournament Play

I think you can find a one on one taker in the mid west.
Monkeysystem is up there close. If St. Louis isn't too far, I hear there are some players down there. Is it just me, but isn't it time to change the "mid west" to it's proper geographic location to maybe Wyoming, Colorado, and Utah, think about it.

    Call and find chip totals

at your tourney today so you can practice counting, I mean exact stack totals at start. BJ21 totals chips for us, so easy addition and subtraction is all we need. At the real table it aint that easy. Also, people wont be as aggressive at real table. I have only been in 6 tournaments but can assure you the internet "free" game isnt the same. Sure is fun tho!

Good luck and bring it home!

    Where is Texas?

I guess that would be OK BUT then Texas would have to be part of the "south" or become just a little 'ol state in the NEW MID WEST.

    Great Idea!

Then that would make where I'm from "The Great White North!"

Ho-Chunk should be about a three hour trip Saturday for any Minnesota people who think they have what it takes to beat up on us cheeseheads. :D
