Here are the rules Min bet 500 Max bet 25,000

    Last hand

Only one player advances how should BR 1 play this hand?

    Br 1 has 114,500
    Br 2 has 104,500

    Br 1 is dealt a 10-10
    Br 2 is dealt a 9-6

    Dealer has a 5 up

    Br 1 bet 16,000
    Br 2 bet 25,000

If BR1 splits, then what should Br 2 do with his hand

Why would BR1 split? It gains nothing, but gives the low(by surrender-if available) back to BR2.....now it depends on what hands were made from the split, this could get very interesting depending on the hands from the split.....two stiffs....one stiff, one 17....one stiff, one 20????.....at some point, I don't know where....it will be better for BR2 to double instead of surrendering.

    Do Not Split

    For the situation:

    114,500.......16,000.......10+10...........Stand
    104,500.......25,000........9+6.............Action

    Dealer............................5

    BR2 Action.............BR1 % Advance

    Surrender...............100.00%
    Stand....................100.00%
    Hit to 16..................98.30%
    Hit to 17..................98.17%
    Hit to 18..................98.02%
    Hit to 19..................97.87%
    Hit to 20..................97.71%
    Hit to 21..................97.53%
    Doubles...................70.68%...........Best chance for BR2 when BR1 stands

When BR1 splits and does not bust either hand then BR2 should surrender if neither BR1 hand has a total of 19 or higher.

If one of BR1 hands has a total of 19 or higher then BR2 should double.

    Good Question...

I've seen some clowns split 10s no matter what.
