Is that good news? Does that have anything to do with their announcing that the Bonus issue will be resolved soon. Here is the Ken Smith quote where I got that info : "I got a check recently from Bet21 via FedEx. It took only two or three days to be processed and arrive. At that time, anything over $2000 was automatically sent by courier. However, that appears to have changed now. Ultimate Bet and Bet21 recently merged with Absolute Poker, and the first visible part of that change is a new withdrawal screen and process that now looks just like AP's. I withdrew $2000 a few days ago, and the only option was check by regular mail. I expect it will take a week or more to arrive. However, the process then and now went quite smoothly for me."
I don't know what impact that will have. If anything, it might be to blame for the delays. And, actually, I don't know how Bet21 is impacted by the merger. When I heard about it, it was UB/AP merging.
Check Delays Archie, My last 3 checks, each in excess of $3,000, took between 15 and 20 business days to arrive EVEN AFTER SELECTING THE OPTION TO DELIVER BY COURIER AT A CHARGE TO ME OF $25. I complained of course and was credited back the $25 on one check, and then told that FEDEX no longer serviced UB -- even though it remained an option in the drop down menu at that time. K
With recent release of information about the cheating on the poker side I find it highly co-incidential that my personal slide on the EBJ portion occurred with 6 weeks of the "merger" If they cheat on poker why not BJ? I can tell you this - I've cleaned out my Bet21.com accounts and closed shop. :flame:
