So what is with all of the "Hello everyone" threads that keep appearing with the same poor English greeting. I notice that they have been deleted. I am assuming they are some sort of spam?
Yes, they're popping up at forums all over the net. Just one more of the message board headaches these days.
I fear it may be someone demonstrating that they have produced software able to read those graphical images of text used by forums to prevent spambots automaticallly registering. The next step might be to sell this software to the spammers and unleash a flood of spam onto the forums.
