Hello,i am worried about get21.com Has anyone done withdrawal sucessfully? I make final table,then suddenly tournament ends or crashes down... No feedback... CS doesnt replay... Are they intrested in doing withdrawals at all?? Thanks for any comment
Re Get21, my experience. First, no problem with withdrawals for me after I faxed out all the all the docs they requested. On the technical front however, they continue to have problems. Sometimes to access your table or come back in if the site freezes up, you need to go completely out of the site and sign back in. It then takes you to your table. Major inconvenience, particularly late in a round ! They need to fix this.:flame: :flame: :flame: The BJ tournaments, however, offer good value for the players.

You should have no problem to do withdrawals, just follow the steps. We are very happy with your progress and we look forward seeing you on our tables! As far as a tournament that was crashed, if a tournament was crached and it was our mistake a player should recieve his buyin fee. That's all we can do for now. But if you guys send me feedbacks, every case will be studied and will be fixed for the future. I apologize for the inconvenience and I guarantee that those crashes will be fixed! Whazzup??? Get21 needs to get serious ! Upping the minimum number of players to 50 for the $250, 100 for the $500 and 125 players for the $1000 tournaments makes no sense at all when a site is trying to generate loyal players in spite of still having serious technical problems. Whazzup with that?
Julia is right.These tournaments are redicolous,when there are minimum player aquirements.Practically you cant play any tournament,because it has been canceled...
I agree that 50 is too much, but they changed it now to 35 and that sounds fair. All in all Get21 throws out a lot of money with their guaranteed tournaments and it is somehow understandable that they try to recover some of their costs. Anyways im making my share
Without US players this site and Golden Palace will be just a memory soon. Too bad really...its a good game, program and format....and with some further debugging and minor improvements this could have easily been the top standard format game around. Now I wouldnt bet a plug nickel that they make it to years end. Isnt it funny that the porn sites are up... running...and still profitable and available in the good ole USA???
I wouldnt be so sure about that. from what i see on portals and in magazines they are building a strong presence in europe, especially UK. but no doubt that their growth will take longer without US players, and thats a bummer for all BJT fans.
I truely wish i was wrong....but i log into the site occasionally now and its dead! The guarentees are smaller and no one is taking advantage of the one that remain. I saw this happening when US could still play but the site was not advertized or found yet .., except for Europe...mostly Dutch for some reason....anyway....the 25 dollar freerolls would have 150 signed up....but these same people would not pay 2 dollars to play 1000 guarentee tournament...lol I couldnt beleive some of the guarenteed tournaments that didnt make the min players 12,500 guarenteed and no one would play the sats for 1 dollar... Im stickin with my prediction.....unles they open back up to USA players....they are history....as far as BJ anyway....ofcourse they have a big poker and casino game....that will likely remain unchanged....but the great BJ game will go away...too bad because it was the best standard game I have seen so far....far better than global or any other site for that matter....
A little side note RE Golden Palace .OnaStone had won a few hundred in her week at GP and I decided to play it on poker. I was getting killed in 10 and 5 multi games first 2 days. Then today entered a 3 NL rebuy game. Kicking ask. Boring but still fun. I was sitting 3rd with 35/360ish left. I was tasting the $800 1st place. One small mental error of chasing with a so so hand and gues what, Ona finished 34th! Damn here, me too LOLOLO.
i'm hopeful Yesterday I was available for the special tournaments, most of them were cancelled but at least we were 30 players to play the 500$ guaranteed (5.50$ fee). I'm hopeful that if server problems and bugs are becoming less and less frequent, the site will catch up, as long as there is budget to offer these great promotions until it becomes a big crowd. For now, I've noticed that promotional tournaments can attract many players only when they are a better deal than those offered at bet21/ultimatebet.
