Hehe, thanks guys. I was in a slump all day, and then hit those wins back to back. After winning $875 X 2, I ended up with nearly $1000 profit for the day. My only wish is that I had won one six-table event instead of two three-table events. I could have beaten more than 1500 players with my six-table winning streak.
Cmon,feed us a crumb... At the 10 pm game final table, if memory serves me right, you doubled A-4 vs a dealer's Ace and caught a 6 for 21. What the hell was that about?
Yes, that was on an elimination hand somewhere along the way. I had mainly taken a low, and there were a lot of secret bets on the table as well. One of the players behind me who bet in the open took a high over me by a small amount, like $500. I decided to go ahead and double my A4 vs Ace for less, just to get a high over that one player if I got lucky. And, get lucky I did, drawing the six. I can't remember what the dealer did, but it worked out. In general, I had fabulous cards in both those events.
