    Entry Fee:
    Free (Re-Entry: $ 50.00)
Registration is Friday evening, 23 Sep, accumulation play
is Saturday, the final table is Sunday morning, at 11:00.
Tournament starts with two accumulation rounds, Saturday
morning and late afternoon. Chip totals are added
together. There is a 'rebuy' round - early afternoon,
sandwiched between the two 'regular' rounds. The fee for
entering the 'rebuy round' is $50.00; the rebuy round lets
you use the best two out of three chip totals for your
accumulation score. Tournament pays the highest 37 scores,
with the seven highest going to the final table.

Some play details - since they are not good at publishing
these: 16 hands per round, no doubling after splitting,
double any first two cards, no insurance, BJ pays two to
one, if you have BJ when the dealer shows an Ace, you can
take even money. Starting stack is $2,000, but for a $5
dealer tip, you get another $500, which everyone does, so
you need to also. No surrender. Betting limits are:
minimum bet $25, max bet $500; except, on last hand - no
max bet, you can go all in.

Seating at the final table is in order of accumulation
total, highest total gets seat one, next highest seat two,
etc. - button starts at seat one. Since 16 hands and 7
people, this benefits the high accumulation total, and
disadvantages the 2nd, 3rd high totals, etc.

Expect about 400 players. Tournament is invitational, but
two tiers, tier one gets three nights room comped plus
tourney entry; tier two gets a tourney entry but has to pay
for room. Invite standards are low. You can bring a
friend along, if you are invited, who can enter the
tournament for $50; I don't know about paid entries for
those not invited or not with an invited guest.

Everyone gets comped two buffet meals - any buffet
session. Also, everyone gets a 'mulligan' coupon. This
allows you to make a bet up to $50 (live play - not
tournament), and pull back your bet and get your money back
if you do not like the cards you are dealt. Mulligans can
    be used only once.

Last months tournament, it took $10,900 to cash, and
$15,675 to make the final table. High accumulation total
was just under $18,000, and $17,125 was good for 3rd. 4th
and 5th highest totals were both $17,000. In a previous
tournament, $8,900 cashed, according to one player.

Cards are dealt from a shoe, and are not shuffled between
flights, so if there are live cards in a shoe, that is what
will be dealt at the start of the next group of players.
Shoes are shuffled only when the cards run out, and
    penetration is deep.
