Weekly Blackjack Tournament - Point No Point Casino

7:00pm start time.  $500 in tournament chips each round,  
betting $5 min, no max.  BJ pays 2 to 1.  Insurance 
offered, no surrender, DAS, dealer hits soft 17.  Each 
round plays one 6-deck shoe, one last hand after the cut 
card shows.  Elimination format - top two from each table 
advance.  Number of rounds depends on the number of 
entrants.  Typical number of rounds is three:  First round, 
Rebuy round, Finals.  Small tourney, often less than 20 
entrants.

Prize pool is 100% of entry/rebuy fees.  First place prize 
is matched by casino.  Top four places are paid:  First - 
50% of prize pool + casino match; Second - 25%; Third - 
15%; Fourth - 10%
