bet using your Tropicana card.  This might be a little
flexible if they don't have a big crowd.
First round is accumulation format, played one person per
dealer.  Top 49 players advance.
Second round is elimination format, 7 tables of 7 players. 
Winner of each table advances.
Third round is one table or 7 players.
