    First qualifying round is 21 hands. Start with 500. Additional 500 at hands 7 
and 14 for $10 each. 500 is max bet. Semi's and finals, play with only 500 
in chip and 14 hands. Blackjacks pay 3-2. All play hands are dealt face 
down. Double after split. Chip count for any round is hand preceding final 
hand.
