Round 1 is 20 hands, count down at 15.  Highest money 
winner advaces to final round.  
Final round is 10 hands, count down at 5.
Single Deck/face up.  Dealer does not peak under 10s or As.
BJs pay 2 - 1 and immediately, Player hitting to a 21 will 
be paid immediatly.  Dealer BJ will be treated only as 21 
and if players will only lose their original bet, but keep 
any payments on 21s they got by splitting or doubling.
DOA, DAS, No insurance or even money.
