Qualifying Round - 5:30 to 7:30.  7 per table, 14 hands. 
Maximum of 40 Table Winners and five top money winners
advance to semi final round.

Semi-Final Round - 8:30.  Winners from Qualifying round + a
minimum of 3 Wild Card winners.  Non winners in this round
receive $100 in action chips.

Final Round - 9:30.  7 winners from Semi-Final round.  All
final table participants qualify for the finale on Decemer
5th.  

The dealer must hit on a soft 17; players may double down on
a split; there will be a four deck shoe; doubling down for
an additional amount less than the initial wager is also
permitted; late surrenders are allowed; insurance is offered
if the dealer's up-card is an ace.

$100 in action chips for non advancing semi final participants.
