$100 Free Rolls all day long

I downloaded both programs. I was NOT able to play real money at Get21. Yet, it appears that I will be able to play with real money at GoldenPalace. Anybody else with a similar experience?

Thank God that I have the politicians to keep me in line, Because with my Addiction to online gambling it can only lead to the loss of my life savings and create thousands of dollars of debt without leaving my home.
Well hell, I guess I’ll have to use my charge cards for some serious on line shopping or better yet, some on line Pornography. Yeah that’s it, I can become a pedofile and send e-mails to some to young acquaintances. I’m going to be a politition! :vomit:

have played one sng and a few tourneys (pay and freeroll) on Golden Palace - lots of glitches - very slow animation and screen updates - and twice have been disconnected just before or during a tournament - I sent a complaint to their customer service - a nice one - informing them of the disconnect problem - got a form letter email back - addressed to 'Dear Dave' (name is Richard, they couldn't even get that right) - saying it was my ISP, computer, internet connection - and NOT THEIR FAULT - and they would not give me a refund - since I was writing about a disconnect during a freeroll - and - of course - did not ask for a refund - I found that odd - they also advised me to disable my firewall and anti-virus protection - yeh - sure

since I was connected to UB and UBT and browsing at the same time I was getting disconnected at Golden Palace - it was not my internet connection - I have also been disconnected when I was not on the other sites - so evidently not interference from the other software -

so I sent a 'not as friendly' response to their response -

watch out for the glitches and incompetant customer service at this site -

but do play the freerolls and the big guaranteed payout - low buy-in - no players show up tourneys until they stop them

then go elsewhere unless they fix their problems and improve customer service??

First time I've ever had a problem with online gaming software. I was playing the $100 Giveaway and about halfway through the software just closed down completely. I re-opened it but the clock was reading 7:26 when the tourney started at 7:30 and had already been going for about 15 minutes! I shut down again, restarted, same thing. I did this about 5 times with the same result then decided to contact CS which I did, tried a restart 1 more time and it worked. It was the 2nd time I'd contacted CS that day actually because I noticed that if you register in advance for the $100 giveaway it won't let you leave real money mode to play some free practice games.

My 2 responses from CS were good and stock (by the sound of things here). The first one pertaining to the ability to leave real money mode acknowledged that there was a problem and that they were working on it. The 2nd one was very defensive saying almost immediately that they don't do refunds and that it's not their responsibilty, ISPs fault, my fault, blah blah. Hhhhhhmmm!

Hurrumphhh..

I played Golden Palace all day without problem. I even got the 10 dollar bonus even though it was advertized as available to the first 100 customers.

I did have to turn off the animated action or it ran slow ...but after that it was fast and smooth.

A few small issues but each time I wrote to CS they responded quickly.

Most of the good games are not getting the min number of players so they are canceled....

Frankly this game seems well designed....I prefer the betting method...you click the chips...there are some small things ...you can only split once etc...that require adjustment but over all I like it....

If this is the first few days then they are off to a good start from what I saw...

The time being listed in GMT is difficult...I wrote to suggest that a local time auto adjustment would make it less confusing....also they shift the games around as you try to scan them and register...this causes you to open the same game a fews times....

There are alot of good ideas here....I think everyone will like it....

I have been mostly impressed by Golden Palace. The problems I outlined above have been the only ones I've encountered and I'm not concerned at the moment.

Golden Palace

I was busy yesterday so didnt participate in free roll. Has anyone figured out what the format is? The first free roll had 10 advance from tables but only 4 of them with accumulation totals advanced plus a wild card to final table as I undestood . If I understood it right even if you win your table you might not have enough $$ to get to final table???

I think it is the table winners then the wild cards are the highest chip totals among the non-winners
