Ok is now after 8pm, The Tournamnet says cancelled, our names are still on it but no transfer to next one, No TD's and no answer to my email to support, Better go and win some more tournaments to take my mind off it lol

 

One small correction.. lol NOW are names are not on it.. The rest remains the same..

Ok all sorted got this from support(think the 'was killed due to technical difficulties' translated means we realised we had not allowed enough time to get enough entrants in to make profit :laugh: :

just reread the letter from support, they have changed my entry to a $200k Poker Tournament when i play BJ
Ok i should be pleased as the aruba BJ entry was $109 and they have changed to a $200+15 so i guess if i played poker i would be estatic now need to become a poker Pro in 6 days,

5 mins later- Ok am very happy now where as The Aruba Super Sat You could not unregister to get TD's ( I could not make Aruba due to 31 day cruise I'm on that clashed with it) I just tried and unregistered from the Poker event and got $215 TD's thanks Ultimate that is superb

 

The first Aruba Sat

Well last night was the first Super Sat for the $100k Aruba BJ Tour, Had 41 entrees but for some reason that maybe members on here can enlighten most did not turn up, My first round 7 on table 2 go through and we had 5 no shows, so yes Hand 5 and was through to next round, Seemed to be a lot of poker players playing who had not played before out of regulars Sweetteabird done best coming 3rd on final table.

 

No Aruba?

Has anyone else noticed all of the Aruba Tournaments have dissappeared from Ultimate Bet's site?

There was talk that not enough people were entering the early entry tournaments as 12 people needed, there now is talk about do sit n go 7 people $10 each for Super Entry and $20 for 2 entries 2nd and 1st, Do you think this better, I will pass on

I wish either UB-Pitboss or Ken Smith would or could confirm that UB-P is an official representative of any or all UBT sites. Is this another useless waste of text-space?

A valid representive will first take care of past troublesome issues rather than simply trying to promote a site that has failed so miserably at keeping its word.

These current problems are nothing new ..in fact this a par for the course since start up.

Ok...with that said I truely hope UB has come to its senses and has offered a representive who will take care of issues past and present. He is right that EBJ is a great game....its just been mishandled up to this point.

First step....pay your debts and honor your word about bonus....

Hi, I don't think sit-n-gos would work, it would force the first players registered to stay in front of their screen for a long time to make sure they don't lose their buy-ins.

Here is my suggestion: use a format similar to the 25000$ guaranteed monthly tournament. Daily satellites 5$ at 8:30 PM and 10$ at 9:30 PM. Then, the monthly super satellite will send THE WHOLE FINAL TABLE (6 players) to Aruba.

But I do think that any format proposed would not necessarily work on the first few days, especially if it is not promoted outside the site. Cause the EBJ crowd is currently small. Also, an introductory email with emphasis on the promotion could also help (an email with BJ content only). Otherwise, players could not understand exactly what is going on.

I played against him tonight, as he came out of hiding, so I know that at least he's still alive and kicking.

As usual, he was talking his TRASH and trying to stir things up with me, along with his CHAT about "spanking a couple of women" and fake Marines wetting their pants! Absolutely hilarious!! Hilarious that when he SPEAKS, the words seem to be similar to the words of a "potty mouth kindergartener" who hasn't learned any better...

He seemed to have mispelled my last name recently as "Semen", (I'm sure it was UNINTENTIONAL) LOL, and now he's fantasizing about Marines wetting their pants! Such a CLASSLESS ACT... He can't seem to dress, talk or write with any degree of professionalism or common decency! Some things will NEVER change...
