    A classic

That has all the elements required of a good 'bad beat' story, including one I didn't think of before: The roller-coaster ride of fate, first teasing you with an unlikely escape from a near-impossible situation, just in order to make eventual defeat taste that bit more bitter.

    Devastating Bad beat

Just when things were going good.:)

I think I just suffered a severe BAD BEAT at Blackjack21's Monday night tourney #1. Two players would advance to the final round. The battle was between BR2 and BR3 in the 15th round.

I was BR2 with $1445.00, BR3 had $1400.00. BR3 bet 1000 and I made a matched bet of 1000. The dealer delt a B/J to BR3 and I was delt a 3 and a 4 for a total of 7. The dealers up card was an Ace. BR2 buys Ins. The Dealer had Blackjack and BR3 pushes. needless to say, I was done.
