I was thinking of going with $50.00 like you said. But It doesn't seem fair that it takes minutes to deposit money with our credit card but it takes 10 days to withdraw our money. Is there a faster way to get our money? If netteler and firepay can't give us our money, then how do we get it. Bet21's website still says that is how we get our money out. It would be convienent if they still deposited the money into our credit cards. What about one of those online credit cards? Greendot or something like that?

I've been playing the free blackjack tournaments online and I'm ready to try real money now.

Well, you can thank Bill First for that little quirk.

Previous to the law on funding gambling accounts you could receive your money fairly fast...you still can if you live in any other country in the world besides USA.

I received a withdrawl request by check in about 2 - 2-1/2 weeks....this was very near the Netteller news so perhaps that is faster now....anyone?

Personally I think our government is dead worng on this issue and I will continue to play...Im not asking too many questions about deposits....I will say that I have been able to make deposits. I have made withdrawls.

Isnt it amazing that perverts can make deposits into accounts that host questionable and possible child pornography easier and with less legal barriers?

I WILL continue to play. For now I understand that options are somewhat limited with deposits and withdrawls...thats you elected officials fault.

Write to them and promise to vote against them because you dont appreciate your liberties being summarly stripped from you. Cant hurt.

    Am I stupid?

CS just answered my last query with this canned "beauty" .

    Dear Mr. xxx,

Bonus dollars are one of the currencies we use at UltimateBet. When a player is eligible for a bonus (such as initial deposit bonus), we credit the bonus amount in bonus dollars.

Your bonus dollars balance will display in the "My Account" section of UltimateBet. You will see this balance decrease as you play at real money raked tables or when you register at our real money scheduled tournaments and/or real money Sit and Go tourneys.

Bonus dollars are automatically converted into real money based on points earned while playing at our RAKED REAL MONEY TABLES ($.02/.04 or higher stakes).

For example, when you leave one of these tables you will be:

    1) Credited 10 ultimate points.
    2) Debited 1 bonus dollar.
    3) Credited 1 real dollar.

Bonus dollars can also be earned back in increments of less than $1. So if you earn 8 points during a play session, your real money account will be
credited with $.80 from your pending bonus dollars account.

Furthermore, for every 30 Ultimate Points you earn when you register at our REAL MONEY Sit 'n Gos and/or REAL MONEY Scheduled Tournaments your account will be credited with $1 from your pending bonus dollars.

Points earned playing at the playchip or Ultimate Point tables do not count towards this bonus dollar conversion.

Feel free to get back to us if you need further assistance.

If you really want to point out the problem, refer to this page:

    http://www.bet21.com/_htmls/game/blackjack-bonus-dollars.html

(You'll have to copy and paste into your browser, since direct links to online casino sites are against our rules here.)

This is Bet21, not Ultimate Bet though.

Last chapter in the continuing saga...

I'll quit after I get a response to this last query following Bet21 Customer Support last canned answer. I will post their answer as soon as I get it.

    "Hi xxx,

I play Elimination Blackjack exclusively at Bet21.com. When I joined the site, it was called Bet21.com, not Ultimate Bet, and when I download the game every day I see Bet21.com appear on my screen with promotions(past and present) clearly including EBJ When I write to Customer Support, I expect support from Blackjack people answering my blackjack table issues, which includes bonus dollars aimed originally to your BJ prospective customers.

Would you explain the situation clearly to me in plain and simple language, and tell me why my credited bonus dollars don't kick in with all the amount of play I'm doing and the money spent. The reality is the following : I play real money games on Bet21.com, spending REAL MONEY, not chips. If the $1, $2, $3, $ or $9 you pocket everytime I play a game is not a RAKE, then what is it? So far I figured I've payed close to $2000 in "rakes" only. So, if I understand your canned response properly, it seems that I'm doing everything right to get Bet21 points, action points or whatever to cash in my bonus dollars credited to MY Bet21 ACCOUNT to play a game called ELIMINATION BLACKJACK, as promised when I joined. .

    Where is the misunderstanding?

Is there any other way that I don't know of, playing EBJ on your site, that my bonus dollars duly credited to my account can kick in playing the number of games that I play.

A little respect and no canned answer please. This is serious. I would like a Bet21.com person answering my Bet21.com questions. In answering me, would you focus your response to Blackjack play only on Bet.21, the site I download everyday of the week.

Apart from this irritating issue, I love Bet21.com.

A little human touch, this time. Thank you."

    As the stomach turns

Response from Bet21. Customer Support to my last e-mail (see previous post)

    "Dear Mr. xxx,

Thank you for contacting us. We are very sorry but unfortunately blackjack does NOT apply for the conversion process. This is the main reason why the conversion is not being done in your account. If you need any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us. A support agent will gladly assist you in the best possible way.

Please do not hesitate to contact us back if you require further assistance or additional information.

    Now for the punchline

I could not let that go before sending Customer Support a last salvo on the same topic (their answer will be posted here) :

    "Hi xxx,

How do you reconcile your last answer about conversion with the following information found on Bet21. com on the same topic, and I quote :

"You can convert bonus dollars by playing in Elimination Blackjackâ„¢ and poker tournaments and Sit 'n' Gos. Bonus dollars will be converted to real money for play on the site at the rate of $1 for every 30 Bet21 points you earn at our Elimination Blackjack and poker tournaments and Sit 'n' Gos. Bonus dollars will be converted to real money for play on the site at the rate $1 per every ten Bet21 points you earn at our Raked Poker Ring Games table.

You can see how many pending bonus dollars you have by clicking on "My Account" within the Bet21 Lobby. Pending bonus dollars are listed under your Real Money Account Information.

One bonus per person. This bonus offer is available to new players only. Players that deposit and withdraw bonus dollars without significant amount of play will be required to forfeit their bonus dollars.

    Subject to change.

Copyright 2006 Bet21.com All Rights Reserved. Bet21.com are trademark owned by Blast Off Limited"

There's a contradiction somewhere. The letter of the information on the site does not conform to reality, don't you think?:joker:

Well...there it is in the typical poorly handled replies of a almost useless CS department.

I get the exact results and the same frustrating non answers.

Its like they are just pumping BS and they simply cant stop....they are being coy, non responsive, and when you keep at them they will simply revert back to an almost foreign language reply where only some things are undestood and you start over after weks of writing by geting a new reply that states that bonus dollars are paid for playing ringed poker games...lol

HUH...Im talking BJ,,,,repeat ...over and over...

Its insulting and its dishonest. A simple we are working on it...the program will be up on XXX date etc....

Is it a sign that they dont intend to pay or perhaps can not pay???? I cant believe software is still holding this up...

Archie....your correspondence perfectly illustrates the typical results and "help" I got from CS as well.

Over all I love the site too....this issue concerns me because they have had plenty of time....they dont treat the poker players this way....and they keep answering with these BS replies....its insulting and frankly its poor business to treat your best customers this way.

Dont worry Arch....you are making a perfectly logical inquiry and your questions are direct , clear , and well worded....they simply are not answering you...And that is wrong with all the action you give them...

Hopefully they will decide to do the right thing very soon....

Bingo : got an answer from CS

See the new thread I started with the answer from Bet.21...Ultimate Bet (that's seems the way they prefer referring to themselves. You have a hard time getting Bet21 out of their mouth). The punchline Ken S. suggested worked marvels.
