Bet21 - Winning multiple satellites?

My experience

I won the 25,000 satellite for a second time. On March 1, 2007 I won and had my name placed on the March 31, 2007 list. Then I won it again on March 10, 2007. These are my communications with Bet21.com

Thank you for emailing us !

This is our newest currency and its value is equivalent to US Dollars
(1 tournament dollar = $1 US dollar). This currency has been introduced
with the purpose of letting our players unregister from tournaments for
which they won an entry. For example, if you play a $3+.30 tourney that
feeds into a $100+9 event and you win the entry for it, but later on
for some reason you decide to unregister from this $100+9 event; your
account will then be automatically credited 109 tournament dollars. In
other words, this is how you get tourney dollars.

You can then use these tourney dollars to enter another event, or you
can also use them to enter a variety of smaller tournaments including
Sit & Go’s. Tournament dollars cannot be used in Ring Games, nor can
they be cashed out and/or converted into $US dollars. However, they can be transferred from one UB account to another and they can also be
exchanged for TEC’s. Players will have to e-mail member services and they must include the answer to their security question with their request, whenever they want to have a TEC exchanged for tourney dollars (1 TEC equals 100 tournament dollars). Taken Off Promo

Nevertheless when I go to cashier and click on transaction BOTH the March 1 and March 10 wins show up!

This is really getting frustrating and leads me to several questions:

1. Why do I and others, have to "fight" for our winnings?

2. Can't these people read the logs that we can?

3. Where are the bonuses? Joep said end of 2006, Hollywood said end of February 2007 and here it is March.

4. When playing the table BJ games they used to show you in the account part your winnings/losses - now they don't What kind of record keeping is that?

Changes in their schedule are just weird. The had $35,000 in guarenteed weekly BJT now they advertise $50,000 and they can't even get most of the $50 and $100 daily tourneys going.

I've been a big supporter of Bet21.com and EBJ - but enough is enough.

I've played over 1600 SNG and tourney's since August.

As far as I'm concerned its time to concentrate on live events and do as Toolman does.

For the rest of the BJT.com members who have won an entry to the 25,000 tourney beware of any additional entries.

I'm going to cash my winnings and get out before Neteller 2 happens.

It is my PERSONAL opinion but right now something is not right in Denmark or Bet21.com.

 

Thats what you get for laughing and being such a poor sport when you beat me out of first place with that lucky last hand BJ on the March 1 game...a good sport would have said good game or nothing...guess you though you were on TV mugging and doing your best HD impression....hint ...you already had won ...gloating was unnecessary....

Even though you are a poor sport...I did see that you won 2 times and I agree that no one ...even tho they exhibit boorish behavior should have to beg and plead and rewrite explaining the obvious.

Im still waiting for my pending bonus dollars....in fact this Sunday UB offered a 20% deposit bonus ....the bonus involved bonus dollars so they are still offering what they refuse to make good in the first place.

They are getting worse ...not better.....

I have stopped playing until they pay my bonus.....if everyone does that perhaps they will make it a priorty.

They have had time to reprogram several changes and therefore one would expect this bonus tracking change could have been done as well.

Over at UBT site they added a change that sits you at the next round table before you exit the game that just ended....a poor change that often has you x'ing out of the new game while keeping the ended game open ....not a well thought modification.

Ok...Im done now.....

So they’ve corrected the problem.

Did I go off too early? Probably. But it is something that we need to be aware of.

I just find it amazing that the customer service people don’t talk to each other there.

I figured 1, maybe 2 e-mails to get it straightened out – but the e-mails were just so strange.

Then to tell me they didn’t have any records of me winning the first one! That’s what got to me.

First the changes in the schedules ….

Elimination of the big money tourneys….

Changes in their cash games…..

I just hope they get more places to play EBJ – I can’t wait to play the SNG at the Venetian.
