For some reason I can not connect and their support does not know why.

I had a similar problem yesterday, got that response as well. Upon tinkering around, I discovered that it doesn't want to work if I try to go through my AOL browser (which worked fine previously). But, when I go through an IE window, it was OK.

Well, I'm fresh out of suggestions then, certainly am not a computer guy!
Good luck with it, maybe the Support folks can figure it out for you.

If it's any consolation, you didn't miss anything. The $50 freeroll never showed up.

Anyone else have a problem funding a real account? Here's what I got. Tried 3 times. Figure that their tech support is currently monitoring this site so it's a better bet than an e-mail or live chat.

Incidentally, charging for bandwith rather than gaming is an interesting twist. Wonder how they will be on cashouts

There's nothing on the web site to say they are out of business. I'm not registered, so I don't know if more information is available to players.

Their tourney page hasn't changed for the past 5 days. I guess LeftNut broke them!

If they don't pay you, maybe you can at least get them to refund your entry fee.

Blackjack is NOT down, but paused

Apologies for the poor communication with this forum. We are not down and any funds in accounts are of course still valid. We have had a temporary glitch with our card processing and have suspended real money tournaments while this is resolved.

Many thanks to all of you for your action on the freerolls. I look forward to resuming them soon.

    Back again!

Well folks - all I can say is we didn't want to stop operations for 3 months either! Still - these things happen - payments are not as simple as one would like. We are now back in business taking deposits from anywhere in the world (US included). There is a fairly simple tourney schedule there at the moment - this will grow as we get to see what people like. Any suggestions on this forum or via our support are always welcome.

We have great plans going forward for increasing the depth and variety of game play. I welcome you all back and look forward to contributing to your pockets through our freerolls and guaranteed tourneys!

Thank you for letting us know! However........

I can't get into the games, either through an AOL browser or through IE.
All I get is the "connecting - please wait" screen with the spinning hourglass, and I've left it alone for about 10 minutes.

Also, folks should be aware that logging in is very case-sensitive! :p

    Technical Issue

Yes - you both uncovered a technical fault that we also uncovered and fixed last night. Sorry about that! We strive to improve.

Thank you - it appears to be OK now, as I can pull up the BJ lobby just fine.

By the way, and just my opinion, it would be nice if one could see who else is registered for a tournament. :D

    Feedback

OK, here's some well-intended feedback after playing today's $50 freeroll.
Please keep in mind that these are merely suggestions.......

    1. Sometimes the opponent's bet would not display. If a player was cognizant enough to figure it out based on the opponent's change in chip total, that would give an advantage. I suspect this is not intended.

    2. The timer for calculating a bet seemed mighty short. Certainly, this might be personal preference. I would at least consider increasing the time for the 5th (final) hand in a game.

    3. The short timer is made worse by having to keep clicking on the displayed chips to make the bet. Sometimes clicking on a stack repeatedly would actually cause it to subtract chips from the bet stack! May I suggest a slide bar for choosing bet size, or a space where one could type in the desired amount.

This one isn't a suggestion, it's a gripe. I signed up for the "$100 Guaranteed" tournament, sat here waiting for the time to arrive, then was treated to watching the event get canceled for no given reason at all. To me, "guaranteed" means that it's going to be played and paid no matter how many entries are in it. An explanation would be a good idea.........

    Edited to add:

I really rather enjoyed your game! My earlier words might have sounded harsh, and that most certainly wasn't the intention. :)
