Here's my latest attempt to get Blackjack.com to send me my money. This is me speaking to their live support for about the 50th time.

info: Please wait for a site operator to respond.
info: You are now chatting with 'CSCassi'
CSCassi: Hello, welcome to Support Services, my name is Cassi how might I assist you?
Hiro101: YOU CAN HELP BY GIVING ME MY $300 THAT I'VE BEEN TRYING TO WITHDRAW FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
CSCassi: Sorry I am unable to help with that, you will need to contact our accounting dept via email. All I can do is check your account as to what is going on
CSCassi: one moment while i pull up your account please
Hiro101: AHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOUR ACCOUNTS E-MAIL DOESN'T EVEN WORK!!!!!!!!!
CSCassi: you send it to support@blackjack.com
    Hiro101: THEY NEVER REPLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Hiro101: I just came across your posting re cashouts and if you let me know details I will try and sort out the problem. You can email me at andrew@blackjack.com
Hiro101: I RECEIVED THAT MESSAGE FROM SOMEONE ON A FORUM I WROTE A BAD REVIEW FOR YOUR SITE ON
Hiro101: GUESS WHAT....... HE DIDN'T REPLY TO ME!!!!!!!!!!
CSCassi: send an email, i will watch for it and reply that we have received it. Im sure they have replied but as you have opened an account using hotmail, hotmail tends to take our emails as spam. To ensure you receive the emails you can put support@blackjack.com in your email address book
    Hiro101: OK 1 SEC
CSCassi: I will be right with you.
Hiro101: OK I'VE JUST SENT THE E-MAIL WITH MY NETELLER DETAILS
CSCassi: Ok I have checked our email system, and show the last email we received from you was on 12/16/07 and when we replied to that email the email was returned to us as undeliverable
Hiro101: OK WHAT WAS YOUR REPLY?
CSCassi: it is saying we are unable to process withdrawals to your credit card. I am checking for your new email. one moment plz
Hiro101: OMG WE'RE JUST GOING ROUND IN CIRCLES
Hiro101: I KNOW YOU CAN'T WITHDRAW TO MY CREDIT CARD
    Hiro101: I DON'T EVEN HAVE A CREDIT CARD!!!!!!1
Hiro101: YOU NEED TO WITHDRAW TO MY NETELLER ACCOUNT
    Hiro101: JESUS CHRIST!!!!!!
CSCassi: wait a minute sir, you asked me what the last email was which i just found that was sent on december 16th. SO therefore i told you what it stated. That was the LAST email we have received from you until today for the one i just replied to that we received.
CSCassi: Now that we recieved your email our accounting dept will reply.
Hiro101: SO YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE E-MAIL I SENT YOU TODAY?
CSCassi: i just said i replied to it
CSCassi: Did you receive saying TY we have received your email
Hiro101: OK SO YOU CAN CONFIRM YOU NOW HAVE MY NETELLER ACCOUNT ID SO THERE'S NO REASON FOR YOU NOT TO BE ABLE TO DEPOSIT THE $300 INTO MY NETELLER ACCOUNT
CSCassi: it is in the email yes, I can confirm
    Hiro101: OK GOOD
Hiro101: I'LL NOW BE ABLE TO POST THIS CHAT ONTO THE FORUMS I HAVE POSTED REVIEWS FOR THIS WEBSITE ON
Hiro101: AND IN A WEEK WHEN I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY MONEY IT WILL LOOK VERY SUSPECT AS YOU'VE JUST CONFIRMED YOU HAVE THE MEANS TO DEPOSIT THE MONEY INTO MY NETELLER ACCOUNT.
CSCassi: That is up to account, you still need to wait for our accounting dept. to comfirm your withdrawal. I have no control over that. I am a support technician to answer general site questions. I have no available data about your withdraw. Again accounts will reply to your latest email
Hiro101: THE SITE I POSTED REVIEWS ON HAD ALOT OF ANGRY MEMBERS FROM YOUR SITE. SOME WERE SAYING THEY'RE ALSO HAVING TROUBLE WITHDRAWING MONEY FROM BLACKJACK.COM. SO I GUESS I'M NOT ALONE.
    Hiro101: http://www.blackjackinfo.com/bb/showthread.php?p=66596#post66596
    Hiro101: http://www.blackjacktournaments.com/bb/showthread.php?t=4172
Hiro101: I'LL BE FORCED TO CONTINUE WITH MY REVIEWS UNTIL I GET MY MONEY
CSCassi: Please send your comments in an email to support@blackjack.com
CSCassi: SO management will see them
Hiro101: OK I'LL SEND THEM. I'M NOT EXPECTING THEM TO SUDDENLY SPRING INTO ACTION AND GIVE ME MY MONEY. I EXPECT THE SITE IS TRYING TO KEEP MY MONEY. WHAT ELSE CAN I THINK AFTER WAITING NEARLY 2 MONTHS TO GET MY MONEY. YOU'LL SEE THAT I CAN BE QUITE PERSISTENT WHEN I WANT SOMETHING THOUGH.

Has anyone else noticed the thundering silence from the person posting here as "blackjack.com"? All of these common complaints and rants from folks are being ignored. My friend DRSLYR has still gotten no reply to his private message to that person, either. In addition, I visited the site to look for any disclosure about the freeroll winnings actually being bonus money and not real cash, found nothing.

I think it's about time that Casinomeister.com and Wizardofodds.com were notified so they can investigate and post their conclusions on the highly respected "watchdog" portions of their sites. A negative review on both of those sites will put a world of hurt on a gaming website - especially one which is struggling to get started.

Well, not clear said, but read this: (from terms&cond: 12.Bonus)

"Please note that in order to qualify for Special Promotion Games and Events which we run from time to time, you must be an Active Player and have made at least a 1 time deposit of $50 within 7 days of the Promotion or Game Event. For withdrawal purposes, players must have wagered a minimum of 40 times the free roll amount given, in addition, a $25 Cash Deposit needs to be made before any winnings won with bonus bucks can be withdrawn."

Why do u not just come on over to Ultimatebet, where many of us play freequently. I have made withdrawals several times & have always received a check within 7 days of the request. More players will be welcomed.

Thank you for the info and invitation, Springbac, but Bet21 & UB are mirrors ("skins") of each other and I'm convinced that the dealing is not random on Bet21. A lot of time spent recording and analyzing went into that conclusion and the conclusion was corroborated by a couple of very knowledgeable BJT players.

Before anyone rips me a new one for this, as Pane did a few months back, consider this notion. Whether I'm right or wrong is immaterial. If you were convinced that a casino (online or B&M) was dealing a rigged game, would you gamble there? :p

    Withdrawal Issues

I aplogise for my "thundering silence". I was actually away unexpectedly and let my vigilance on these boards slip.

I have spoken to the accounts people and the delays are being resolved. I apologise for those as well - it is not management's intention to delay withdrawals. We are acutely aware that a gaming site lives by its willingness to pay winnings.

I will respond to other issues raised in these forums as I read them (I have some catching up to do).

DAMN - how long does it take to read the other posts here?

I've put in three requests for the same cash out in the past week or so, gotten absolutely no response at all. :flame:

    Freerolls

    Hi Leftnut,

You will have seen that all 3 of your withdrawal requests have been denied. This is because you have not complied with the terms and conditions regarding freeroll and bonus funds. Please visit the website and click on the link at the bottom of the page to view the conditions.

I would welcome you as a real player if you chose to deposit, and would be happy to assist should you have any trouble with cash outs.

So you want me to send YOU real money before you'll pay off on your so-called freerolls, eh? Very convenient excuse. I have reviewed every post in this thread, and nowhere did you mention that folks had to give you money in order to cash out freeroll winnings. It's buried in your Terms and Conditions, where you're no doubt hoping that most folks (like me) won't see it. Your site runs like crap, no changes have been made at all in either stupid playing rules or poor site operation, and people are complaining mightily and are only getting lip service.

You don't want to send me the money I earned in the freerolls? Fine. Keep it. Stick it someplace fertile where the sun don't shine. It's not enough to fight over, but it IS enough to make sure that everyone I know is aware of the deceptive practices.

I warned you, on August 23, nearly six months ago:
Decided to fall right into that trap, eh? Good job. And Goodbye.

Well - it is true that I did not post the entire rules and regs on this forum at any stage - they are always on the site for you to read. It really is up to you if you wish to cash out the money - the play through and deposit requirements are not onerous and you will find similar requirements on most sites. Freerolls are intended to introduce players to the tournament concept and encourage real players to play, not just there so a minority can abuse them.

I take your points on our software issues - as I have in the past - and we are working to fix those. I understand if you choose not to play until they are fixed - that is your choice. I dont agree that people are getting lip service - I have put a considerable effort into answering queries on these forums and scheduling changes according to suggestions. I am as frustrated as anyone on the speed of software development, but there is work on the go on many of the issues reported here.

Apologies if there has been some misunderstanding.

I don't believe that anyone here thinks you needed to post the entire rules and regs for your site. But the requirement to send you money before being able to realize "freeroll" winnings is pretty damn important. It's deceptive as hell to call it a real money freeroll yet require that a player must send you cash. That's not a freeroll, that's a scam. Makes people wonder what other tricks the site is hiding. Certainly makes me wonder, and I'm all done fooling around with it. I'd bet that anyone else from this forum who is watching these posts will feel the same way.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice... well, that ain't gonna happen.

    Another typical day at blackjack.com

Well today was special..... it decided not to let me in to play the game. I was online with the site 5 mins. before the game started. I watched the clock count down to zero and nothing happened. So I closed the browser and tried to re-enter. It no longer would let me in. WHAT A FRICKEN JOKE! Either it locks up while in mid play or it just won't let people play at all. After three months of playing on this site I have come to realize that the bugs will never get worked out. There are way too many issues in life to have to deal with the crap that players are required to endure on this site!
I think if you people are not smart enough to fix the problems with your site then you should hang it up and get real jobs collecting garbage or something and become useful members of society! Seems to me you all may possibly (but not for sure) be qualified to do that kind of work! Oh and I wouldn't take Leftnuts advise too literal, after all you may have to remove whatever you decide to insert in there so you can breath! Thank you for your time. There's really not a lot I can say - I am embarrassed and unhappy about these bugs. I have said too many times that we are working on them (that much is true but I can understand your frustration).

I understand if you choose not to play. I will post here when we eventually get some solutions from the software team.

Where o' where has Global-Player gone....

I sure miss the good old days of playing on Global-Player where customer service and managers were actually on the site and in the chatroom while we played tournaments and took care of any and all questions and problems within minutes.

Another nice thing that Global-Player and Pumi (Daniel) would do is if something was mis-advertised or mis-represented they would honor the mistake in favor of the players (their customers), but I guess that was why they were everybodies favorite site.

Wish we could get a site that would understand that if they took care of the players that the players would flock to that site to play their tournaments.

    You know...

I can't believe that I'm writing this BUT...

I agree that Global Player - all things considered (with customer service - tourneys - etc) I'd rank it #1 overall.

What I don't understand is this:

The software and site are out there - just not active.

Maybe they would be willing to sell it to someone else to run it?

Also while I understand the UIGEA doesn't allow for sites to allow US players to deposit there are SO MANY alternatives so...
