   How about pass and don't pass in craps? What takes your bet there is boxcars on a come out roll. Less frequent than the greens in roulette.

   We were given a list of acceptable uses for the vouchers. They could only be used on even-odds bets. They did not allow use on pass/no-pass. In roulette they only allowed even or odd, black or white, but could not be used on both at the same time. In blackjack, if you got a blackjack, it paid even money.
