Freeroll at UB/Bet21

Looks like everyone that got booted are in the finals. Makes the field a lot bigger, but more than fair. It looks like the tournaments after the first few are running fine. Still planning to play some for the experience. I wonder if I qualify more than once can I sell my seat?

I hope you guys get some better cards than I've been getting. How many times can you get 12-16 against a dealer 10? Shees! The folks that didn't show up were getting blackjacks. Very, very frustrating.

 

Fair?

:flame: What's fair about people who didn't play being put into the Monday night final? I won my way to the final - and now I'll have to play against an artificially expanded field - that is definitely not fair - fair would be to put on a couple of extra qualifiers to give you the chance to play your way in that the glitches denied you - :flame:

I agree something should have been done to restart the game, but absent that it was only fair to do something for the players who had advanced at least two rounds when the computer locked up. It means about 100 extra players.

not really begrudging you your chance to play - glad you got some justice - just couldn't pass up the opportunity to use the flame emoticon - I may have benefitted from the glitches - actually - my first table had me, a drunk all in guy, and four (4) zombies - drunk all in guy went out in hand four - zombies disappeared in hand five - I ADVANCE - second table almost as good - me, two drunk all in guys, a zombie (in the second round? of a freeroll?), and two reasonably sober guys - drunk all in guys go out - the zombie disappears - THREE ADVANCE - like being wildcarded directly into round three - I didn't complain - really only had to play two tables - rounds three and four -

UB/Bet21 screwed up good - no matter what they did they were going to be unfair to either the players that got glitched out - or throw extra players into the final - that didn't - and didn't get the chance - to play their way in - unfair to those who did

maybe they should have set up a separate tournament for you guys that got glitched out - for - say - a midweek stay at the Ramada in Laughlin, with bus fare and $50 spending money thrown in

 

Did they give everyone that got glitched out of the freerolls a free seat to Monday's tourney? Or was it just the ones that complained?

I was not there for either of the glitched tourneys, but in my own selfishness would really prefer not to have 100+ added people in the final. However, a few that complained getting free passes isn't that bad.
