    Noman,

I've played against D Matthews on tables too! I've read his bio and I KNOW that he takes it seriously - too seriously to say that 70% is luck. If someone truely believed that why study and do the hard work?

I don't believe in those percentages and if you're a seriously player, or someone who spends lots of time on this subject (i.e., Reachy) you don't believe that the "luck" percentage is that high.

Is luck involved? Of course anyone who says it's all skill is full of it! (Ok HD here's your shot)

How MUCH luck? Depends on the hand, depends on the cards, depends on the OTHER players.......

Wanna "remove" some of the luck - Use a single deck for each hand and reshuffle. How does that remove some luck? You figure it out! Advantage AP!

What's interesting about this "theory" is that with a SINGLE DECK I believe MORE newbies would play the game! Why? Because of the huge number of people who THINK they are AP when in reality they have no clue!
