I hope I can do a lot more in the way of "OPEN" tournaments for y'all and I am trying to get as many discounts for all of you as possible, Rooms, Airfares, rental cars, hopefully entries into the tournaments (but at least satellites for sure).

I am trying my best to have the best and most affordable events around for all of you. If they are not open events and affordable for the majority, we wouldn't have enough even play.

And don't give up on me, I am working on getting more and more casino's to get on board the TBJPA. Hopefully some close to you!

 

Not having ever played in more then a $20 weekly tournament I am in awe of the opportunities here. My question has to do with the satellite games. I'm assuming these are preliminaries in which winner(s) advance to the larger games on Friday-Sunday, AKA sit-n-gos. Is that correct?

Second, since I have to fly from the East Coast I would probably not arrive in Laughlin until late Thursday afternoon. Will there be satellite games Thursday evening?

 

We have them planned.

Were hoping to offer all day and evening satellites for the incoming players, however they will be based on the number of players we have show up on Thursday.

I'll try to get some type of schedule made up for the Thursday satellite (but once again will be subject to change based on number of players).

http://www.laughlinentertainer.com/ is a weekly mag. If you look under "Entertainment" there is a tournament listing for future events. I have always heard this is a source used by locals and others planning trips to Laughlin.. fwiw

We are confirmed in Laughlin, NV on May 10th - 13th, 2007 at the River Palms casino.

Sorry on the hold up, but I have been working on special TBJPA room rates for the players. I will be getting a special tournament code for the players for your discounted rates, until then just tell them your calling for the May TBJPA tournaments on the 10th - 13th.
