    Kennye - Class Act!

I give hell and catch a lot of hell from this site, mostly all in fun. There are a lot of great players and friends that are on this site and althought I personally may disagree with some things said here, it is their opinion and they have the right to voice their opinions.

Knowing Charlene I found Dave's comment out of line, but I agree with Kennye, knowing Dave I think it was said out of frustration after losing in the playoff round. As far as I know everything is cool between Charlene and Dave (I hope so).

I also agree with Kennye, this site is to try and help and inform players, not put them down.

As much hell as Joep gives me, he is one of the first players I would ask if I had a question about a certain play or situation.

This one's for you Hollywood Dave

Hey guys. I know absolutely nothing about blackjack, but I do know that Hollywood Dave is the da bomb diggity! Anyway, his playing was superb, and you could really see that he was actually thinking and reasoning about his next move at every play. So, I personally have much respect for such a young, vibrant, intelligent, (cute) player as Dave. You were totally justified in saying what you said. But don't beat yourself up over it. We all know (well, most of us from what I've read), that you're awesome. You're gonna do big things. I know it. So keep your chin up kid. Thanks too for making me like blackjack; I never did before I saw Celebrity Blackjack. You make it look so easy and fun. I hope you get a chance to read this. I love you and your skills, of course. Ha!ha! O.k. then, kudos to you Dave. I look forward to seeing you play in the near future. :p

In reply to Joey G 703: I honestly don't know anything about blackjack, besides what I've seen on tv. I have a very vague knowledge of the rules and strategies. However, I do know a good player when I see one, and Dave is very good. I don't really appreciate you calling me names or Dave. You don't know anything about me. Don't be so quick to judge people.

Pick on someone your own size

its the continuing attack of the douchebag whipping boys who apparently have nothing better to do than flame me & anyone who supports me (and add lots of joker faces to the end of their nonsensical posts)...

you guys rock, because without notoriety & controversy i wouldn't have half the stature i do in the blackjack world. Keep it up! And please let me know when you're ready to stop running your mouth & wanna put $500 up in a blackjack tournament freezeout so i can take your money. you keep insulting my skill, yet seem unwilling to take my challenge. seems like the only ones talking shit around here now are YOU guys.

i'm ready when you are, bitches...

    Big Ego/Small Bet

How about 5 players with enough courage to match their BJ convictions put up $10,000 each as an entry fee and we play for the 50k. Call it No-Limit BJ 100 hands Freeze-out (one winner) round with GSN BJ tournament rules (we get 100K in chips) except that you can go "All-In" at any time.
GSN migth be talked into filming it in 5 segments of 20 hands. Off course, GSN would be expected to add to the 1rst place only prize money. We would also need a legitimate casino to sponsor the event.
In any event with or without GSN, count me in.
Put your hand down your crotch and tell me if you feel anything. :joker: :joker: :joker:

Can I say it any LOUDER i'm in.Where do i sign up.Since there will be only 3 other player in this besides Hollywood and I,if any one wants to invest in me let me know. You will be getting a good return on your investment.Almost as good as real estate in Las Vegas.Actually better with real estate you have to wait for your money to grow here it will only take me 20 hands or so.

    Little Whipping Boys

Sounds like "Joep's Little Douchebag Whipping Boys" (Hollywood's quote, not mine) have risen to the occasion, it'll be interesting to see whose balls are Brass and whose are Vinegar and Water.

    Lol!!!!!!!!

So Joep is in, I am in, Hollywood will certainly be in, right?
We need 2 more players with conviction in their BJ skills. My entry fee money is already on deposit in Vegas. So, let's get it on! :joker: :joker: :joker:

    it's about the $

I would love to play with you guys. But, I will need to win several more $700 tournaments to be willing to risk $50,000 in 1 tournament. Make it 25 tournaments at 2000 each and I would reconsider. You guys are probably the best in the world. But we're talking about a game that has an element of luck involved. I just can't afford the $50,000. I am looking forward to watching this game. And may the best or luckiest player win.

    GSN can't save you

You're getting ahead of yourselves here.

No TV cameras. No GSN. No publicity (aside from right here on this board). After all, you wouldn't want to give me even MORE of an edge, would you? ;)

And no Joep. Sorry, Joe, but this isn't about you. Its all about teaching these pissant whipping boys a lesson they won't soon forget. That if they wanna step up with the big boys and proclaim to be authorities on tournament play, and constantly harp on me by negatively criticizing my own talents at the game, than they should put their money where their mouth is -- or shut the fuck up. For all the trash Joe and i exchange with each other, it is from one tourney pro to another, and at the end of the day we respect each others' opinions -- and skill.

if i wanted to just play a tournament for big stakes, i would say to Joe, Anthony Curtis, Ken Smith, and Stanford Wong: "hey guys, lets play a $50,000 one-table tournament" and then we would publicize the shit out of it. And probably make MORE than $50,000 selling it to some gambling TV network. But again, this isn't about that.

So: rookie, joey g, and bjfan: PUT UP OR SHUT UP.

    all blow and no go...

I can't wait for this match-up. Dave is gonna have you little girls in tears. In one of his earlier posts he said for you to "pick on someone your own size." You should read that as "pick on other no-name, big-mouthed, lame-assed,whiny losers." The three of you will have no choice but to drop this sixth grade taunting when HD leaves y'all fucked-up like an Alabama spelling bee.

    I agree

I totally agree with ya Kalex21. But is this thing ever goin’ down? Just seems like this train got stopped on the tracks due to lack of fuel and passengers. It’s cool if it doesn’t though, ‘cause like Dave mentioned before, he doesn’t need to prove that he’s a great player and talented.

And why are there so many haters out there that have issues with Hollywood D’s skillz anyway? Don’t hate, congratulate!

    All Aboard Miss Princeless

There isn't a lack of passengers for this train ride,as a matter of fact I wanted to purchase a round trip ticket for this train ride and the "conductor "Hollywood Dave informed me that my attendance on this train would not be welcomed. My bags were packed and I was even bringing an extra bag with me to bring home the cash to my "Douce Bag Wipping Boys"as Hollywood refers to them.It seems that Hollywood is using the same tactics as casinos do, keeping out the "GOOD PLAYERS" . Hollywood's following which I will now refer to as the "Tampax Crowd", is the very small group that is attempting to stop the bleeding that will occur if Hollywood steps up to the plate for this Freeze Out Tournament."Don't hate congratulate" works in both directions. You need to read all the post not just selected ones.Let me also remind you of Webster"s Dictionary which refers to Tournaments as a pageant in which two opposing parties of men in armor contended on horseback with blunted weapons,esp.lances.So let the bleeding commence.Miss Princeless don't depair you still may be needed,Hollywood may need somone to step on to get up on that horse. ;)

p.s. someone from the "Dirty South" as you refer your location as should take being called part of the "Tampax Crowd" a step in the right direction

How about a competition during the Tournament Cruise later this year? I'd love to participate!
