Black Jack rules of play:
  6 decks, dealer stands on s17, no surrender, blackjack
pays 3/2,
  no double on black jack, double on any two other
  cards face up, no double for less,
  3 splits allowed (for a total of 4 hands),
  split aces receive 1 card each face up, otherwise,
  double after split is allowed, button starts at a
  randomly selected spot.

Format: 4 rounds accumulation/elimination.
        Full tournament is 63 players.

Round 1: Accumulation
  - 21 hands
  - $5,000 starting bank roll
  - $25 min, $2,000 max
  - All players continue on to round 2

Round 2: Accumulation
  - 21 hands alone at the table (i.e heads up) vs the dealer
  - $5,000 starting bank roll
  - $25 min, $2,000 max
  - Players may play from 1 to 7 spots with varying bets on
each spot

Top 21 accumulated totals from rounds 1 and 2 advance to the
semi final

Semi Final: Elimination
  - 3 tables of 7 players each
  - $5,000 bank roll, $25 min, $2,000 max
  - 21 hands
  - Top 2 players at each table advance

Final Table:
  - 6 advancing players from round 2 plus one wild card draw
winner.
  - $5,000 bank roll, $25 min, NO MAXIMUM
  - 21 hands

Comps:
  Meals: Free breakfast, lunch and dinner for players and 1
guest each
  Rooms: Discounted room rate at the Fairmont - Le Manoir
Richelieu
  A small gift has been included in past events

- All entry fees are returned as part of the total purse.
- All prizes paid in Canadian Dollars.
- Prizes are based on full turnout (63 players) and will be
  adjusted if the tournament is not full.
- Winnings are tax-free for Canadians. Not sure about others.
