Invitations appear to comp the entry and re-entry fees, so
some players may be able to enter by paying. Looking for a rated play average of 
$250 a hand for four hours to receive invite.

Prizes paid in promotional chips, which are one-time bets
only, win or lose.  Playable at even-money bets at
blackjack, craps, roulette, baccarat, pai gow poker and pai
gow.  Chip is retained after a push.  Winning bets are paid
in real chips.
