Gladiator's Challenge Blackjack Tournament - Horseshoe Southern Indiana

The last tournament here was an ACCUMULATION format 
(didn't find this out until after my first round, when the 
rules FINALLY showed up). The tournament before last was a 
Hybrid.

This tournament will be elimination format with a slight 
twist. In round 1, top 2 advance per table. Then, from the 
the pool that did not advance, the top money winners 
(number unknown) will also advance to fill the tables for 
the 2nd round. 3rd round will have wild cards. 4th round 
is final table. This info is per a telephone call with a 
rather uninformed person at the other end (what else is 
new).

As of 2/8/06, I was told that only 13 opening were left. 
This implies that the prize pool will reach the $34,000 
objective.

As of Saturday morning February 11, 2006, I was told that 
there were NO spots left.

Prize pool based on number of players.
Up to $34,000 prize pool if they get 250 something players.
1st place up to $20,000.
