Round 1 and 2 and the "ReBuy" Round are 15 hands. 
SemiFinals is 15 hands. Finals is 18 hands with a 2500 
bankroll. Chip count on final 3 hands. 

Top3 table advance in R1,R2 and ReBuy. Hi6 from both tables 
advance, so hand-by-hand chip count between tables are 
compared.

Mulligan is renewed for each round, and can be rebought at 
$15 during the round as many times as you like -- but 
cannot be play more than once per hand.

Chip-rebuys of 500 for $5 are allowed when you are below 
1000 to a max of 1500.

All monies paid in are paid out to the top three minues a 
small rake to a Jackpot21 prize pool for a 7card 21 with no 
Aces/faces/tens. Currently over $190. No dealer/house take.
