License to Thrill $40,000 Blackjack Challenge - Harrah's Las Vegas

There has be a re-entry to the first round in the past.  
The fee not mentioned in the invitation this time.  As I 
recall, 200 or 250 though.  Welcome gift and reception at 
registraton on the 4th,  Round 1 only on the 5th, All 
subsequent rounds on the 6th.  Includes 3 nights lodging

An addiontional 4 - $250 = $1,000 given out by random draw 
to those not at the finals table.  Prize schedule based on 
400 entrants.  Harrahs holds these 4 or so times a year 
and they usually have more than the expected number of 
entrants.  The increase the prize pool proportionatly - 
usually in the form of paying all who advance something.  
Once when they had over twice the expected number, they 
paid more for advanement than they did in the original 
prize schedule.
