Oklahoma State Blackjack Championship Main Event - Hard Rock Casino - Tulsa

Each table will host 24 hands, a chip count prior to the 
21st, and 23rd hand will be completed. Betting limits are 
$10 to $500. Two highest chip counts from each table 
advacne to the next round. No max participation is set. 
Late surrender is offered, all double downs are dealt face 
down, dealer stands on all 17's, DAS except on aces, aces 
may be split 3 times to make four hands.

2nd round winners will split 10% of prize pool
