be $1410 - late entrants may be placed in a rebuy round - 
prize distribution is 50% - 1st; 25% - 2nd; 10%-3rd; 5% 
for 4th-6th; BJ pays 2-1; no surrender; dealer stands on 
all 17; Double after split; split aces once-one card; 
double on anything - min bet $5; max bet $500; 21 hands - 
hand 17 is a blind bet - 4 deck shoe - button rotates).
