the day of the tournament if seats available.

Some players are comped in.
The $150 entry fee = $125 buy-in plus $25 "entry fee". 
Only the $125 is part of the prize pool.
Reentry is $125 - the $25 is only charged once.
Hotel room not included.

Play starts at 12:00pm
There are 4 rounds includung the final table.
The first round has 3 sessions:

2:00pm
Round 2 starts at 3:00pm
Round 3 (semi-final) starts at 4:00pm
Round 4 (final) starts at 6:00pm).
